I just moved to the Monmouth County, New Jersey area from South Louisiana, and I need service to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to World CDJR. Paid for full synthetic oil change and got semi-synthetic; asked for brake pad mm evaluation and did not get! They offer car wash which I did not get also. Sorry to say customer and repair services are a thing of the past!

A routine maintenance was completed within the time frame promised. Vehicle was washed and cleaned as well. The service manager went over each line item explaining the charge and also pointed out a few items I should pay attention to that his mechanic found during the mechanics multipoint checklist inspection. The service manager informed me that no item was a safety hazard and then gave me suggestions on what I should have repaired sooner rather than later and some items which could wait until the next oil change. Consistently poor experience from buying the car to after purchase service. Bought my first Wrangler, Certified used. The sales rep assured me all parts for the soft top were present. Before leaving the lot I figured out that was not the case by watching a Youtube video. Then found that the key for the lug nuts was not included, glad I found that before I left. Had a major issue due to Jeep axel breaking and a bolt coming off the tire out of no where (car is less than 6 years old). I could have been in a major accident luckily this occurred while parking the car. The warranty did not cover all parts which is absurd because this should never have happened as the mechanic had mentioned. Eric was wonderful with keeping me updated in my car , even sent a detailed video at the end so I could see the exact issue which is helpful for people with minimum engine knowledge. Even in store the staff was so friendly and the dropbox made thins even easier. My total was actually cheaper than my estimate, if I could give 100000000 stars I would. The biggest problem is their lack of communication when your car is in their shop for service. There is little if any follow-up communication. Other than that, a good dealership.
Not as good as it has been in the past. Was told different answers about getting a loaner. Advisors are very good but the organization of the service department is not like it used to be.
